Cisco Upgrade Issues #
if you are running into the ‘Upgrades are prohibited during License Grace Period’ error you can use a live CD and delete the following file.
/usr/local/platform/conf/licexpiry.txt
since there are 2 partitions you may have to look in both sda1 and sda2 depending on which is the active partition.
